About AmokX

Why AmokX exists

If you trade new tokens, someone is always shilling you a contract address. Some of those tokens let you buy but never sell. Some hide a 90% sell tax. Some have liquidity the deployer can pull at any moment. Experienced traders learn to spot these the hard way. AmokX exists so you don't have to.

Paste a contract address and AmokX gives you a plain-English verdict in seconds. It's free, there's nothing to connect and nothing to sign up for. Safety checks should never sit behind a paywall.

What a scan checks

  • · A simulated buy and sell on the live DEX pool, to catch tokens you can't sell
  • · Buy and sell tax, including taxes high enough to trap you
  • · Contract red flags like hidden owners and self-destruct code
  • · Whether the liquidity is locked or burned, and where
  • · How concentrated the holders are
  • · The deployer's history with other tokens AmokX has seen

Neutral by design

No project can pay AmokX to change its score, and no score is adjusted by hand. Every verdict comes from the same automated checks, applied the same way to every token.

Who runs it

AmokX is run by a small anonymous team. We point out scams publicly, and staying anonymous keeps us safe from the people behind them. Why we stay anonymous
